TREMENDOUSLY better than the 4th of July weekend caps. Would it really be that awful making the red stripes orange, however? (I kid…well, maybe I don’t…)
this is roughly the best choice they could’ve made.
It would be great if MLB gave a large portion of the revenue these caps will likely generate to First-Responders associated charities.
And of course, such a tremendous improvement over the “Stars & Stripes” caps
Don’t understand how a flag commemorates 9/11…how about the towers with a ribbon over them…or first responder logos like FDNY?
Probably because 9/11 didn’t only happen in NY? And, technically it is “Patriots Day” and not “Remembering the World Trade Center Day”.
Technically it is Patriot Day…Patriots’ Day is a different holiday.
