In the 9th inning of Game 1 a boy was hit in the face with a line drive and received significant medical attention.
After the game Justin Turner gave the boy his jersey, and Terry Collins gave him a bat.
Hopefully the boy is OK.

SWEEP!!!!!
It looked pretty ugly even from where I was sitting in the upper deck. Messed up thing is that he was paying attention and tried to catch it and just completely missed and took it in the face. But I watched it leave the bat all the way until when it hit him and I cringed when I saw it. I hope he’s ok, but that is not a good situation.
