Nice job by @readtheapple (from The Apple a website you must check out daily…well lets just say 5 times a week at least).
Based upon THIS and some speculation, it would not surprise me personally at all if the official logo looks a lot like this. Not exactly like this (for example I would personally imagine less stitching to the lower left of the M) but a lot like this conceptual representation of what Randy imagines an All Star Game logo could look like perhaps.

Randy did a nice job. But, it looks to me like they have compressed the logo, so as to fit the primary features in the top half of the logos circle. The buildings are a bit squatter, the “Mets” and bridge features have been raised, but the sticking has remained in its normal position, so only a very small portion of the lower stitching is visible
