I concur. The only other number I ever remember Harvey wearing was 70.

Maybe he didn’t type carefully when he placed the order, and since it is customized they won’t take it back.
It’s Shaun Marcum’s long lost brother Harvey Marcum. He didn’t want to get heckled for wearing the Marcum name so he put his first name on the jersey instead thinking, like Shaun Marcum’s pitching performance, it wouldn’t be worth noticing.
Another possibility: He’s a fantasy camper and his name is Harvey. But I didn’t see any campers in blue jerseys in the two 2013 galleries on this page. Also, both galleries feature Doc Gooden in a black cap and jersey. That’s a little jarring.
