  2. Agreed. And to think Griffey wound up with that total despite his injury-plagued Cincinnati years. It’s sad to think of what could’ve happened had he stayed healthy. Just think if Griffey had been the one to top 755, and not Bonds…..

      Griffey had the sweetest swing I’ve ever seen. Plus Thome was just the model of consistency.
