According to the article, if the housing is not built the partnership would have to pay a $35 million penalty. The article says the city is not obligated to build the ramps and if the ramps are not built then the joint venture is “off the hook.”
I’d love for the Citi Field parking lot to remain the way it is, but that’s not gonna happen. I guess what I want to know is — when is all this due to start? I imagine the 2014 season won’t be effected. But 2015? After that?
