FLUSHING, N.Y., September 24, 2013 – The New York Mets today announced the club released a limited supply of standing room only tickets for the Mets Hall of Fame Induction of Mike Piazza this Sunday, September 29 at Citi Field.

Standing room only tickets cost $20 and are on sale now at Mets.com, (718) 507-TIXX and the Citi Field Ticket Windows. A very limited number of pairs of seats are also available.

The pre-game ceremony will begin prior to the 1:10 p.m. Mets-Brewers game

I just checked, Seems like there are no seats available from the promenade to the Hyuandai Club and field level gold. Standing room only are now the cheapest seats on the Mets site.

  1. Just because its “Piazza Day” I will not give Fred a reason to fleece me. Let me see, pay $20 plus to stand or enjoy cermony then watch football at home.

  2. Something fishy. Pretty much no sellouts all year but a meaningless game with a 10 minute ceremony sells out. I think the Mets are manipulating the ticket market.
