When Matt Harvey returns in 2015 will he return to see affordable housing under construction?
some wonder how committed the city is to provisions in the development deal to eventually build affordable housing, and so, led in government by council member Julissa Ferraras, they are asking for a guarantee that the city will chip in $70 million and the developers, Related Companies and Sterling Equities, will build traffic ramps from the Van Wyck Expressway.
