Here’s what you can do with $63!

sharkWe’re like ten days out so I have to step up my fundraising efforts.

I’m running the 2013 NYC Marathon.

When I do my long training runs I run by a place called St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center, a nonprofit dedicated to the humane treatment of animals.  Services include pet adoption and rescue, animal assisted therapy, humane education, dog training and pet loss support.

It’s a pretty big place and the animals have lots of room to roam around – it has to be expensive to run.

I have two adopted dogs and wish I could take them all home.  But since that’s not realistic, I thought maybe I could use my silly blog to fundraise and help motivate my 26.2 mile run.

Anyway. I understand that not everyone has $63 to donate.  If you could kick in say $10 you could help some animals in need.  Thanks in advance.
