To answer your question about Kiners Korner it would probably be best served as a new little restaurant or cafe in the left field corner and the entire place can be a Hard Rock esque salute to Ralph Kiner and other mets broadcasters throughout the years with photos and memorabilia on the walls.

Or the other idea is to hang a picture of Ralph with the logo Chinese corner next to it on the wall of the upper or second deck in left field and if someone hits that then so much is donated to a certain charity or a lucky fan gets a giveaway kind of like the Dunkin Donuts thing in Shea Stadium.
