Some of the MP writers were talking about jerseys and we all like this design*. The problem is that every baseball player in the 1970s was 140 pounds and none of us varying degree fat bloggers can fit into a game worn version.
Would be nice to throw back to these. Maybe some other team will have an occasion to throwback against the Mets.
* none of are saying to wear them every day, but once would be cool.
** I somehow resisted the Boston pullover throwback. Cash flow problems saved me.
