Some interesting reads from you this morning which you’ll ignore while passing around videos of Jim Breuer.

Anyway…seems like all things in development land have hit a holding pattern.  The two articles talk about affordable housing, and even mention a SOCCER STADIUM in the mix.  And I think we’re talking about more than just The Mall now.  Anyway you guys read, then we can discuss.

Negotiations broke down between the city and the developers that had been selected by the Bloomberg administration to build the project.
