Here is today’s must-read. I love the work of Jared Diamond because he covers the Mets, but covers it differently rather than just regurgitating the same generic stuff (hey did you see Keith Hernandez is coming back) that so many others do.
Anyway, not only is this a good read, but it’s a good opportunity to make sarcastic comments like “will he play for the major league minimum? Then sign him up!”
I was recently down at the Melbourne Cricket Grounds and watched some cricketeers doing their thing. Fascinating. Watched a little on TV too. And then I watched The International Darts Championships which we’ll have to discuss sometime.
