Our old pal @mediagoon was just busting my chops about not going to Mets games, and I realized that this season I have been to one.
The one was Opening Day, and I am fine with that.
I’m not saying you shouldn’t go, I just found it interesting that I have been to one, and have no plans to return until next April.
For me, and I have written about this before, I don’t love the park. The last few seasons my son and I found ourselves bored once the game started and we were done socializing.
No big thesis here, just some self-realization that I am one and done and don’t miss it at all.
