I bust on the mainstream media, and increasingly some of the blogs, for lame content. You know the content I mean, the “will the Mets re-sign Cespedes?” nonsense, or the one blog with 53 writers who like to swap game previews back and forth.
The Wall Street Journal does a great job at being better than that. Their sports content regularly is more interesting that so much content that is our there.
As an example, and a must-read, is Keith Hernandez discussing Conforto. The WSJ is actually trying, and succeeding. Greta job fellas!
