Justin Turner has gotten way better since leaving the Mets. Hard to have predicted this (it’s not like he was Murph), but the larger point is why the hell some of you want to get rid of Jay Bruce at $12 million when Justin Turner gets 16.
Either way, it was Turner’s third strong season in a row since being non-tendered by the Mets in December 2013 for a perceived lack of hustle and signed to a minor-league deal by the Dodgers
