Wow.
So as you may know, I can’t stand the World Baseball Classic. I want the Mets to focus on the Mets, not on winning some March tournament.
Am I against International Baseball? Not at all. But March is the wrong time. I continue to propose that every 4 years they juggle the All Star Break, blow off the ASG, and play some sort of sprint tournament for a week or so.
Anyways, I do own some 2013 WBC jerseys with Wright’s name on the back. I don’t know if I will be dropping $257.99 on a gray one. Let’s see what variants come out (last time there was red, white and blue – one each) and if they come out with replica jerseys and if the replicas are Diaper Jersey design (YUCK).
