Mets Morning Laziness – how to watch/listen this weekend, Zack not dead, shark is probably

Good morning and welcome to the Morning Laziness.  In the post Rubin era you need someone to type METS into twitter so you don’t have to.  I also digest the news so you don’t have to read nonsense clickbait.

First up, there is ACTUAL BASEBALL starting tomorrow.  Here’s how you can follow along…
Friday 2/24 – WOR 1pm

Saturday 2/25 – channel 11 or WOR 1pm

Sunday 2/26 – SNY or WOR 1pm

Monday 2/27 – SNY 1pm

Tuesday 2/28 WOR 1pm

Wed 3/1  WOR 1pm

Thr 3/2  SNY 1pm

That’s pretty good. A solid week without me having to refer you to the “Marlins feed via the MLB App” like we often have to do in Spring.   Of course the App, with its horrible audio levels, doesn’t have game broadcast info available yet (as of 7:28am) because why would they.

and here’s the TV schedule which is tiny.

Zack Wheeler is no longer dead.  I know you tried to run him out of town last week when he was sore, but Terry said he looked THE BEST EVER yesterday, and Terry never lies to us.  I am rooting for Zack.

The clickbait headlines tell you that Sports Radio Station is considering Gov. Christie to replace Mike Francesa.  If you bother to read the story, and don’t because it is all clickbait, you will see that the radio station manager is using all kinds of Sandy Alderson style language like consider, possibly, among the candidates and not ruling out.  Nothing to see here folks.  Enjoy Joe & Evan, or don’t forget that Chris Carlin is parked in Philly getting some reps in.

The Donuts Chain is offering pumpkin products in February.   What the hay?

Sean Gilmartin caught a shark.  Leave the sharks alone.
