Hey let’s read the Mets post-game notes….oh no why did I look???

Busy day at work.  Didn’t even get to goof off on twitter.  Luckily, Mets Insiders sent me the post game notes.  Let’s see what happened.

RAFAEL MONTERO: Worked 5.1 innings and allowed three runs, earned, on seven hits and suffered his ninth loss of the season…Struck out five and walked two…Over his last three starts, Montero owns a 3.12 ERA (six earned runs/17.1 innings).

Hey that’s not bad for Montero.  Probably a big win….

METSCELLANEOUS: New York is 2-9 in its last 11 games and finished their nine-game homestand with a record of 2-7…New York is a season-high tying 16 games under .500…The Mets are 28-39 at home this year, including 9-15 at home since the All-Star break…New York is 11-25 in day games in 2017 (5-15 in day games at home).

Oh.  2-9 in last 11?  Can I be mad at Terry, or can I realize that he’s starting scrubs and rookies.  Well at least Conforto proved himself to be an All Star this summer.

MICHAEL CONFORTO: Left today’s game with a left shoulder dislocation.

Oh.
