Mets Police Morning Laziness: Winter Classic and Keith Hernandez hangs with the President!


Let’s start the New Year by upsetting half the audience. Keith Hernandez spent his New Year’s Eve with The President.

SLACKISH REACTION:  Donuts Chain rolled out some new flavors (shots not donuts) this morning.  I went with the Toffee Something which I recommend.  Also watched The Indian Detective on Netflix which is also mindless light fun.  Oh you want Mets news?  Come on.

HAPPY NEW YEAR:  HNY LGM Gang.  I looked into my crystal ball and here’s what I see for 2018….

FAKE INTERNET BIRTHDAY:  Thanks to all who will wish me a Happy Fake Internet Birthday today.  I was not born on 1/1/80 despite what I have told every website and somehow your iphone.   However I appreciate the warm thoughts.

NOT LINKING: The guys at Amazing Apple Insiderized Mets Blog Report are off to a strong start. Today’s entry is – wait for it, you won’t believe it – Random Player could be a fit for the Mets! Thanks guys!   And – I missed one from the other day where they did Other Random Player could be a fit for the Mets.  I guess they didn’t SEO that one strongly enough.   I also see on twitter that the guys at AAIMBR have had it with me making fun of these articles. Hi guys. It’s just a blog.

HOCKEY:  today will be able about hockey and the hometown Sabres.  (The Rangers have some scam going where this is a road game.)

Root root for the home team.  If they don’t win it’s a shame.  Rangers suck.  Rangers suck….
