It is #NationalHatDay so sure I will post a collection of @Mets cap clickbait

As you know it is National Hat Day for some reason.  As a capitalist blogger, I will post some Mets caps hats to get your clicks.

This first one is a Cyclones bucket cap.  Bucket caps are excellent for chilling on your deck while not listening to the Mets because WOR puts an annoying metallic sound behind the Mets game.

This nice red cap can be worn where you realize your bosses don’t appreciate you and you go find a home at a rival company.

Next, say you wanted to honor the first responders who gave their lives on September 11, 2001.  That is always a nice gesture, but no matter what you do don’t do it during a game because baseball is full of integrity and we can’t wear these.

Queens Kings.  You rock this, it speaks volumes.  I am too cheap to get one.

I’m not sure why Hat Club made an H Apple Camo or who the audience is (military veteran Mets fans named Harry?) but OK.

One of the many reason the hybrid caps were horrible was because the NY disappeared and was blurry unless you were two feet away.  If only their were some way to clean things up.

A major league baseball team thought this was a good idea.  Wow.

This is a cool way to identify with the biggest star on the Mets.

So you’re at the Mets game, taking a bathroom break and you look down at the floor and think, “You know, that would look great on my head.”

Load up on these before we head to Boston this September.  It’s all we have.

If you treasure a one game loss, this is the cap for you.  A participation trophy.

One of my favorite caps and a gift from @mediagoon.  I like everything about this cap and am surprised more Enthusiasts don’t rock these.  Plenty of sarcasm in this post but not here, I really like this cap.

I co-host a podcast about the Mets and Star Wars and still find this lame.

Hmmm if only there were some way to honor first responders but also tap into officially licensed merch….

And finally, if you want to celebrate people of Irish ancestry there are many ways you can do this, and one that is racist.  Never choose racism.

Happy Hats Day!
