Mets Police Morning Laziness: Mystic Matt tries again, ConcessionGate fallout

As I have been breathing fire since Opening Day, I did want to let you guys know I did hear from Chris Brown of the Mets.  Chris is who I had specifically tagged on the post the other day. Since none of us have a time machine, I appreciate the discussion we have had and thank Chris for contacting me.  All good and let’s move on from that particular part of the ongoing Guest Experience discussion.

That being said, I am very interested in the fan experience at Citi Field which really goes back to the heyday of the blog back in the early days of Citi Field.  I see you guys are interested as well as the site traffic has been the highest it has been in years and yesterday’s site traffic was “off to the races” as I used to say before Facebook killed blogs.  Nice to see everyone back and thanks for reading and sharing.

Over at Van Hagar, @mediagoon has some Deep Throat info about what went down with concessions this weekend.  Good read.

Only one playin today is this dude!

Wow busy day yesterday here at MPHQ.

Nice job by the Mets declaring the snow-out before 1pm. I hate when fans have to stress all day. This way we all know and can move along with our lives. Details on the make good etc here.

Matt from Mystic, just a quiet kid from the suburbs who wants to be a #4 starter and then go home and watch TV will pitch tonight.   The attention seeking superhero goes tomorrow.

Operation Take Back New York was a total failure according to this survey.

Keith Hernandez is selling t-shirts!

SNY made a Los Mets documentary.  It’s not what you think.

NOT LINKING: The Newspaper decided that the Nationals have a “deeper” rotation than the Mets based upon the weekend.  The is just silly.
