Long time readers know that I frequently observed David Wright’s blatant disregard for the MLB Undershirt Rule. The short version is he would wear orange, and all undershirts must match and be the team’s primary color or heather gray. Orange is neither.
Anyway, @nikometsplus noticed DW was wearing an orange undershirt tonight. I don’t have command of MiLB Uniform Rules the way I do of the MLB Rulebook, but…
No idea, but I know the Minor Leagues (non-rehab) are considerably more strict. Must wear high socks, and the Mets don’t allow facial hair in the minors.
As far as the undershirts, all of the other players seem to be wearing the team issued blue one. pic.twitter.com/vF89BlFn0D

Anyway, great to have The Captain back so we can discuss these things.
