SLACKISH REACTION: Everyone is still writing articles about the Syndergaard trade, It’s as if Friday didn’t happen. It’s as if yesterday didn’t happen. I feel like I have to wake up every day and re-post the NO THE METS AREN’T TRADING SYNDERGAARD ARTICLE over and over and over.

I mean sure, if the Angels want to offer up Trout, Ohtani and their five best pitching prospects, and the Angels will pick up all the contracts, sure the Mets COULD trade Syndergaard – but if you think the Mets are trading Noah for Zachru, Norman, Flynn and Henderson you are insane.
