Here’s why the @Mets @the7line @NewEra @mlb Leprechaun caps should be discontinued

Hi, welcome to the post where I’m likely to lose everyone.  I am a registered Republican who cannot stand anything that the party has allowed itself to become.  I am a self-described RAT (Republicans Against Trump) and keep hoping someone saves the party from itself.  With that out of the way, now that we know almost all of you disapprove of  my brand of politics, let’s talk about this again…

I’m also of Irish ancestry.  Born in the United States to American parents.  I have been quite loudly annoyed about these caps and how they are based in hatred.

I’ve been pretty much told to shut up and get back in my corner.  After all it’s just a leprechaun.  Have a laugh, right?

No.

Today the @GOP tweeted the below.  I am including it as a capture in case they try to disappear it.

Do you think the GOP wanted to wish Beto O’Rourke a happy holiday, and while doing so decided to include some solid advice not to be reckless when consuming alcohol?  Or is this tweet coming from a hateful place?  What is the purpose of this tweet?  Is it to bring us all together?

So Major League Baseball, the Mets, the7Line, New Era and all of you, I ask you – do you see it now?  Is this what you want your brands to be?   Is this how you make a dollar?

Maybe it is.  You can no longer hide and pretend that you don’t know.  You know.  And it’s not 125 years ago, it was 4 hours ago by one of the nation’s two political parties.  The hatred is ongoing.  Don’t sell the caps.
