SLACKISH REACTION: If you are a newer reader, the Slackish Reaction is aspired by Adam Rubin’s old Rapid Reaction, except I ain’t staying up until 1am to write it lol. It’s nice to have actual games to react to after filling this section with nothing for six months. So let’s react….

Soon comedians will be appearing with the t-shirt people and acting like they are big Mets fans, which they always do when the Mets are in first, and never do when the Mets are in 4th, Anyway, hopefully the Mets can open up like 11-1 bury the Nationals early and then Mickey can just coast to a division title like he did in 2018 user his new culture.
Thor needs to be better. That was not a good outing yesterday.
Baseball reminded me and all of us how boring and broken it is. That game was half-way entertaining for 6 innings, then just a slog’s slog.
I think I’m gonna sell my Opening Day tickets. My kid doesn’t want to go, and it’s just annoying to attend games….plus the “we already played road games” home opener in Season 11 of a stadium just isn’t all that exciting.
Today’s game is at 1:35 which is weird, but works better for me as I have a 12:15 soccer game.
My site continues to have Particular 1986 Mets Outfielder on ignore. Every headline involving that person is embarrassing so I just non-person him. Just letting you know I see the stories.
