Mets Police Morning Laziness: the Mets’ new pitching coach Phil Regan is 82 years old

SLACKISH REACTION:  I don’t even know.  Yesterday was weird.  I can’t even remember the name of the guy who started as the pitcher…ah Lockett, that’s it…and we have an 82 year old pitching coach and a pitching strategist and a New World Order and I dunno.  I mean it when I say Wags is setting this thing back a decade.

I’ve decided my favorite Met is Phil Regan.  I am fascinated by this.

Did you hear Gary Cohen’s best home run call of the 2010s?

Keith Hernandez likes Trump.

Today is one of my favorite things in the world, a summertime Friday afternoon game at Wrigley Field.  If you get to attend have a great time.  I will beta the drum until the Mets finally have one of these.  I’m frustrated that I couldn’t make it to Chicago this weekend, but sometimes life gets in the way.
