Come on man. Come on.
“There’s no doubt in my mind, he’s been an All-Star this year”

Now I will even indulge you millennial and ignore that Jeff McNeil has 4 home runs in a season when even my mom has 16 HRs. Let’s look at your dopey OPS.
Now I don’t know where ESPN has McNeil playing defensively as he’s not on the OFer list, but if he were on the OFer list he would be 8th.
The NL isn’t taking 8 OFers.
The only way McNeil sniffs the All Star Game is if Pete Alonso is injured and McNeil becomes the Pity Met.
Is that what you want Mickey Hodges? No. No it’s not.
It’s OK to have a good season. Not everyone is an All Star, and Jeff McNeil is not.
