I mean, tomorrow’s July, and we are two losses away in the loss column from the Miami Marlins, who just so happen to be the team with the worst record in the National League.
During Mickey’s visit to WFAN on Thursday afternoon, he said “We’re in a tough spot. It’s gonna take a miracle,” Callaway said. ‘But I’ve seen miracles before”
If that doesn’t sound like a “it’s over, but it’s too early to say it’s over” quote, than I don’t know what a “it’s over, but it’s too early to say it’s over” quote is. (And, come on, a “it’s over, but it’s too early to say it’s over” quote is common knowledge…)
