It’s no secret that two of the only bright spots for the Mets team this year is the success of Pete Alonso and Jeff McNeil.
With that being said, there are three Mets All-Stars, but if you’ve been following along on Social Media, you wouldn’t even know it, with pictures like these:
Now, I know that deGrom has had a mediocre year, and is one of those borderline all-stars, but I can’t help but wonder where he is when these photos are being taken.
Is he taking the photo?
Is he off to the side, and got cropped out?
Thankfully, it’s Jacob deGrom, and he’s never been a big fan of the limelight to begin with, so I’m sure he’s perfectly happy, and probably prefers, to sit aside, be with his fellow all-stars, and let the young guys get their moment in the sun.
