What a great matchup between Gaylord Perry and Don Cardwell. Perry always seems like he cheats, not sure why, but for him….that’s a complete game 10 inning loss.

I would have liked to have seen this one, but I guess I can’t kill NBC for showing us Cubs-Braves on Game of the Week as it’s they thought it would be a preview of these dopey “National League Championship” playoff games coming up. But then the Braves collapsed I won’t be watching unless my Giants hold on and win “the western division.” Baseball sucks now. Theytotaly ruined it with 4 playoff teams.
The Mets are 4 games back. Don’t get greedy, we got Meaningful Games in August for the first time since 1954.
