Hey Joe Girardi, for some reason your successful ten year run with the Yankees ended. For some reason the Yankees parted ways with you and/or you parted from baseball’s premier managerial gig. Anyway now that you are free, why not come to the city’s little brother instead of hiding out in San Diego or something. Better yet, you were pretty good on TV, why not take a TV gig somewhere when you can have all the stress of Queens.
Does Girardi strike you as a patsy who is going to do whatever The Agent In Charge tells him to do? Not at all to me. Also, Joe like money. The Mets aren’t going to pay Mickey and Joe.
