This morning’s managerial rumor is Mike Bell. Who? To google him you actually have to google Mike Bell Baseball.

Wags, don’t get too cute with this pick. Just hire Girardi and have an experienced manager who has won in New York City. Stop the Flushing Circus for now. Even if Joe is “bad” it will be fine…your real issue is some maniac keeps trading away all the prospects.
Old guys like me may find it interesting for two seconds that Mike Bell is part of the Gus Bell, Buddy Bell baseball family. Whatever.
Other than managerial talk there continues to be no Mets content to discuss.
