Maybe the reason nobody promoted this thing is because it sucks?
I just popped on the DVR – of course the film started 25 minutes late because of a very predictable NFL overrun.
Then I got told that NYC once had other baseball teams – the Dodgers and Giants! Did you guys know this? Thank you Ed Burns for telling me this.
Then we hear from newspaper guys, and someone makes the mistake of calling this team the Metropolitans which is NOT the nickname of this club.
At this point I was both bored and angry…saw some Jacksonvlle Suns clips….now Seaver is on the Mets and I decided I just didn’t care as I apparently was not going to learn anything new.
Does this get any better or is it just Ed Burns Seaver By The Numbers with nothing interesting?
