LOL the Mets won’t let Tim Tebow wear 15 this season because the number suddenly has bad connotations.
That’s weird, because when I think of 15 I think of Carlos Beltran, and Wags told me the guy is trustworthy. Even had a big press conference and went out of his way to tell us how trustworthy Carlos Beltran is.
This is just silly Mets. How do you get out of this? Or is 15 accidentally retired now unless someone like Big Time Free Agent Willie Mays Junior comes to the Mets after wearing 15 elsewhere?
Oh wait, the Mets wouldn’t sign a big time free agent like that. Maybe the Mets can pick up the last last five years of Mays Junior’s albatross contract in a terrible trade someday.
