By the way, Pete hit zero home runs this spring. In the history of baseball only 8 players have hit 50 home runs more than once and the list includes Sosa, McGwire and A-Rod. Other players to do it are Willie Mays, Ralph Kiner, Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth, and Ken Griffey Jr. Vulgar Pete very well may have already had his best power season. Or he’s the 9th best player in history.
