Welcome to the week you come around on 7 inning games. Beginning tonight you will come to realize a 7 inning game just eliminates the tedium that are the 6th and 7th innings, not the excitement that can be the 8th and 9th.
You will soon realize that you like watching a 2.5 hour baseball game a lot more than you like watching a 3.5 hour baseball game!
I welcome you to my cause. It is 2020 and it is time to let the past die. Kill it if you must. The rulebook was forever destroyed a quarter century ago when Mark McGwire saved baseball. Once again we must save baseball – this time from itself.
