Of course Lyin’ Todd Frazier gets his way with his number game notes

My friends the Mets sent some notes but I am at the beach. Winter is coming

I don’t actually care but didn’t MLB put in a rule like two years ago that you couldn’t change uniform numbers mid-season to protect people like @mediagoon who bought a Frazier 33 jersey. Obviously this rule is never enforced like so many rules, but I don’t think I imagined it.

ROSTER MOVES: Prior to tonight’s game, the Mets announced the following roster moves: Catcher Tomás Nido has been cleared to resume baseball actives and returns to the team’s 60-Man Player Pool…RHP Hunter Strickland has cleared waivers and accepted his assignment to the team’s Alternate Training Site…RHP Pedro Payano (who???) has been released.

NUMBER CHANGE: INF Todd Frazier has switched uniform numbers and will wear #21.

CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS DAY: Today, all on-field personnel, including players, coaches, and umpires will wear gold ribbon decals and wristbands to help raise awareness for childhood cancer…MLB’s “Childhood Cancer Awareness Day,” held during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month in collaboration with Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), will combine a visual and ceremonial demonstration of support for the cause with outreach to local hospitals treating young patients in their communities… Childhood cancer is the leading cause of death by disease among children in the United States and Canada…This is the fifth year that MLB has organized this even

Look at these terrible starts by this vulgar human being who dares mess with LGM. These are terrible terrible numbers and the Mets will regret that they did not trade high. They now need to listen and trade while they still can.

Pete Alonso | INF | .210, 8 HR, 22 RBI, 0 SB. That’s a WAR of minus .5 for you millennials who need help with stats.
