Well, I don’t recall having THIS problem.
I don’t think there’s much reason to watch the Mets.
Yep, they are good.
Yep, they win.
Yep, they have a big lead.
And what’s the reason to watch.
This isn’t 1986 which was the third film in the 1984-1988 series where we met some young players, almost won, then did, then somehow didn’t, and then almost did again except for Mike Scioscia.

If Scherzer were pitching I would watch,
If deGrom….sure.
Bassitt? Cookie? Peterson? Eh…it’s kind of nice out and Kenobi is on and I haven’t watched Hacks or John Oliver yet and…..
I also think this team lacks stars.
Pete Alonso is a baseball star. I also can’t stand him.
Lindor could be a star but he booed the Mets fans so he can rot.
Other than that? You guys will now throw up a bunch of names in the Facebook comments (WHAT, you don’t think XXXX is a star?)
