Now a sane person would say, “Hey that’s great! What a great moment for that fan!”
However, it appears to be a rule violation. No player may address a spectator before or during a game. So by the book, this behavior would be OK AFTER a game, but as it appears to be before the game it is an apparent violation.
That’s a stupid rule.
