Remember when the All-Star Game was here in NY 2 years ago? MLB had replicas of the Statue of Liberty painted with the colors of each team throughout New York.
Anaheim’s equivalent? Why MIckey Mouse of course!
Now MLB is auctioning off those team statues with opening bids starting at $7,500. The Mets version features Mr. Met on one of Mickey’s ears (cute).
I notice one thing that is not featured on the statue – the color black! Mickey is all blue and orange. If you want to bid on it you can go here.
