This post is wrong…updated info here about which Mad Man is the Mets fan…but I like the show so much and this started a conversation so I’m leaving it up.
I was watching Mad Men the other night and saw this pennant hanging up in Pete Campbell’s office. The episode takes place in 1964 so hopefully Pete is going to catch some games at brand new Shea Stadium!

Don has to be a Yankees fan. He is old school and doesn’t like Cassius Clay and Joe Namath, so he’s not going to like a team with a big headed mascot. Don is all about pinstripes I’m sure.
