A friend of mine who is a season ticket holder told me that he just paid in full for his Mets Full Season tickets. Two days after paying for his tickets in full he received a call from the Mets. He just won a 30 minute hitting session with the whoever will be the Mets hitting coach during the season. This will take place in the batting cages the Mets have in the training area at Citi Field. The only thing is I know he has four tickets so I don’t know how it translates into who can go into the batting cage as part of that perk. Is it just one person? All four? How does that affect the time limit? I found it pretty cool that the Amazing Mets Perks have already started to be handed out.
Side note: If you take the tour of Citi Field you can see the cages first hand. The one rule during the tour was no pictures inside the clubhouse/training area so when I was there I was unable to take any snapshots.
