Okay so out of the plan there are four give away days. They are 3 Mr Met dash days and one trade in your cap day versus the Yankees.

It would have been nice if they managed to have more than one true Sunday giveaway during the season.
If minor league teams can manage a true giveaway or two for every homestand, why can’t a major league team?
I don’t know. Perhaps the economics of a minor league giveaway are easier?
I guess Goon and I could scrape up $25,000 to give away 5,000 caps at a Cyclones game if we thought is was worth it.
