I have been informed by the Mets that the credentialing process has not changed from 2011. Since I received credentials 100 percent of the time they were requested by The Journal News on my behalf last year, the news comes as a great relief to me.
If I were telling this story to a friend it would go like this: Hey you know how that guy called the Mets sons of bitches for a week and everyone was all “outraged” – well never mind. But I am not good at telling stories and to the best of my knowledge nobody called anyone a son of anything.
I’m really shaking my head at this one blogosphere and tweeters. Stupid Wilpons. I hope Deadspin, Yahoo Sports and the beat writers do their usual thorough sweep of the Internet and do good reporting as always.
Now about the 2013 All Star Game…
