   1. This is the last year of the black. Treat of flushing has it phased out after this year…

6. I still say the black alternate is better then the black drop shadow on the pinstripe and away jerseys. The black alternate itself isn’t too bad. It’s the black everything else that wasn’t any good.

7. Never liked those jerseys. I want them to go back to the V-neck away jerseys that say Mets and not NY that they wore in 86′. You never see those anywhere for sale.

8. While black isn’t REALLY one of our colors, like the white one, it does look nice with the blue and orange in it. The bonus is it doesn’t show the dirt. Every time they say they’ve phased out the black jersey, it will pop up again. Time will tell. In the meantime, anything’s better than the cream-colored pinstripe jersey — it looks dingy and dirty. The new blue ones, however, are awesome!
