Here’s the update, and you can read the original below. Niko is telling me “hey dummy I sent you the design last week….” (not in those words), but everyone knows I don’t read any blogs about the Mets including this one, so who knows what I posted.
Anyway, Niko says this…
But then I said, Hey Niko that says JACKET and why is it $20 cheaper….
So Niko says it says it’s called Jacket because of the 3/4 sleeves which you’d think I’d notice (but hey that I DO REMEMBER he had told me).
So then I looked at the other jerseys (below in the original post) and noticed NUMBERS ON THE SLEEVES.
So the $119s are one player specific (I assume we will get 34 as our number and only choice) and this $99 jacket doesn’t have numbers.
INTERESTING.

As you can read about on the Sportslogos site there is a new MLB wide BP jersey design. I just checked and the Mets version is not yet available. From the images these don’t appear to be Diaper Jerseys, but I’m not sure.
I guess we could get an NY crest on the chest, which would be interesting – the Bosox one says Boston, the WAS one says Nationals – I bet we’re getting Mets in script….but hey ya never know.
Also note the price creep to $119.99
I will be hitting constant refresh and will share the BP jersey as soon as it is revealed, because why wouldn’t MLB put them all out at once.
