Well, it was Harvey Day in Anaheim and everyone was pumped. Well not me, I went to bed at 10 and had to build this post the next morning. Life is more fun when I can do these live.
Tonight’s lineup against the Brewers. @MattHarvey33 is on the mound. First pitch at 7:07pm.

Lorenzo Cain led off the game with a single at the end of a 9-pitch at-bat against Matt Harvey. Cain is stranded though as Yelich struck out, Ryan Braun flied out, and Travis Shaw grounded out. #Brewers

Matt Harvey, coming off a start in which he allowed eight runs against the Rangers and five in the first inning, struck out Christian Yelich, getting him to swing and miss twice in his first at-bat.

The Angeles spotted Matt a 6 run lead! This should be a total cruise!
So life was all roses in Anaheim, but man this guy Jake is so negative.
Up 6-0, anyone wanna bet Matt Harvey screws this up?

Come on Jake, don’t be so negative. TDKOALA’s got this.

Matt Harvey gave up three straight RBI hits with two outs. Rally started by Yasmani Grandal’s two-out single, capped by Lorenzo Cain’s double off the RCF wall. Brewers cut Angels lead to 6-3 in the second.

So I’m not sure exactly what happened, but none of it was good. There also are apparently no photos of this game. Maybe it’s all pretend and there is no Matt Harvey.
We get a big run like that in the first inning and I let them chip away and give up three runs in the second inning and then the home run in the fourth,” said Harvey, whose fastball consistently hit 94-95 mph. “I just have to do a better job of locating pitches. My pitch sequence wasn’t the best to Grandal after a changeup and he barely hit it. That’s on me. Just frustrated the offense came up to play and I was lagging behind.” (via LA Times)
I tried to tell you Angels, but you were so excited. So so excited. Eventually the other teams show up with major league hitters ya know.
