SLACKISH REACTION: What the hell was that? Everyone knew it was going to rain. Jacob deGrom had said being thrown off his routine is what had messed him up in his last two starts. So the Mets went out of their way to start a game at 10pm…and shocker Jake had nothing. Total disaster end to end.
As annoying as the Mets can be, they are trying to be proactive in letting fans know that parking is going to be a cluster fest tonight. You have been warned.
Also it’s bobblehead night – which is part of the reason why they wanted to back that Brewers gate last night – which means people are probably lining upright now to get one. I hate this from a security perimeter POV and it makes me afraid every time they do it.
