I am told I am not blogging enough today. Sometimes even I have to work, and I am out of generics.
The commotion inside the #Bluejays clubhouse on Sunday was indeed caused by outgoing Marcus Stroman, sources confirm. Word is his initial reaction to trade was not pretty. #Bluejays.

On #Mets: They acquired Stroman for what many in game view as a low price. In a vacuum, it might prove a very good trade. But they get little to no benefit of the doubt because most of BVW’s moves last winter backfired and because their plan – whatever it is – is far from clear.

But I think the important news today is that the Senate is finally taking action on the scourge of Beach Umbrellas! Imagine if a 6 year old boy were killed by a Beach Umbrella while attending Garlic Festival…or if people at a Las Vegas concert were attached by an umbrella…or if an umbrella got loose at a school in Connecticut..I am sure the Senate would be all over it.
My question is now that we’ve cracked down on beach umbrellas, won’t the bad guys be the only ones with shade? Will we start to see unlicensed beaches with illegal umbrellas popping up?
Hundreds each year are rushed to emergency rooms with beach umbrella-related—including a woman impaled at the #JerseyShore last year and a #VirginiaBeach woman killed by a flying beach umbrella in 2016. pic.twitter.com/a7a8znESgG

Look, I don’t want to be a jerk to the one woman….but come on Senator…check today’s headlines man. Normally I’d agree that we can all multi-task but when it comes to important issues…apparently not.
